ACCOMMODATION CONDITIONS

• A credit card, charge back authority is required to book and confirm any motel reservations at the Coolabah Motel.

• The balance of the accommodation and incidental charges are payable on check out.

• We do not accept personal cheques – unless to pre pay accommodation ***Conditions apply

• We require your credit card number as security when staying at the Coolabah Motel to cover any incidentals charged to your room during your stay.

• Any amounts charged to your room will be payable on check out. If check out occurs before office opening hours, you are able to settle the night before or the full amount will be charged to your credit card the morning of check out.

• If you do not have a credit card, accommodation is payable on check in. A $100.00 security bond may apply for incindentals with a full refund (less any charges) payable to you on check out.

• The Coolabah Motel is a non-smoking establishment. If smoking occurs in your accommodation suite you will be charged a minimum of one nights additional accommodation to allow for airing of your room plus $100 for the dry cleaning of carpets, bedspreads and curtains until it is smoke free and suitable for further guests to stay.

• Any damages to your room or any losses will be charged to your account.

• Lost keys will incur a $180 charge – to replace keys and door lock cylinders

• These conditions apply to group bookings and the person who has booked the accommodation is responsible for all charges unless individual’s details and credit card numbers are supplied

• Check in time: 12pm – Check out time: 10am

No smoking in rooms at ANY TIME – KEEP DOOR CLOSED to avoid smoke going in room when smoking outside.

NO PETS – Guide or Hearing Impaired Dogs an exception with notice.

Guests and Invitees of the guests are expected to behave in a manner which is conducive to the safety, comfort and convenience of other guests within the property.

A breach of any of the HOUSE RULES may result in the eviction of the offenders at the discretion of motel management. AT ANY HOUR – This includes –
• Noisy offensive and or unruly behaviour
• Damage to or destruction of property
• Improper or unseemly conduct
• Any act or omission which, in the opinion of management, adversely effects or brings discredit upon the management, owners or other guests

 CANCELLATION POLICY

Our cancellation\No Show Policy

Cancellations would be appreciated no later than 24 hours prior to check-in date.
If we do not receive confirmation of cancellation or group no-shows with out contacting the property then 1 night’s accommodation may be charged to the guest\company if fully booked. We do try and resell rooms where we can.

Group Bookings
- The balance of your accommodation will not be charged; however your deposit will not be refunded if you cancel your accommodation within 2 weeks prior to check in date.

Please note we do try to resell rooms where we can and then no fees apply but if this is not possible then the above is applicable
